The grounds are meticulously kept and they are located in a beautiful neighborhood within walking distance to an unbelievable amount of shopping and restaurants. Very little happens that needs a service request, but the response is quick and of excellent quality. I feel very fortunate that I can call Woodhill home.”

The apartments are attractive red brick buildings, with laundry facilities, individual parking garages and balconies, nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood with quick and easy access to nearby shopping malls, pharmacy, dental care, places of worship, urgent care, grocery stores, restaurants, banks, the thruway and 787. The property's assistant manager and maintenance overseer are exceptional people. Tenant issues are resolved quickly and fairly."

"I have lived in Woodhill for 3 years and just signed a lease for the 4th year. The complex is kept up very well and the apartment is very roomy. The super is very responsive and available to help out with requests very quickly. The neighbors are friendly. We have use of the pool in the sister apartment complex (Adams Station) during the summer and get reimbursed for gym memberships at Planet Fitness. I have been very happy here and plan to stay until I am ready to buy my first home."
