Job Description:
This position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor
Maintain sufficient inventory levels of cleaning supplies across all locations.
Ensure you are abiding by The Spinney Group’s policies and procedures.
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
This is a physically demanding job that requires extensive time on your feet and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to pitch in and work any positions necessary in order to meet the janitorial obligations of The Spinney Group.
Utilize industry-standard practices and procedures to execute the cleaning of apartment turnovers and other cleaning needs including but not limited to:
Vacuuming
Dusting
Mopping
Garbage Collection
Polishing
Electric floor buffing
Carpet cleaning/extracting
Previous cleaning experience required
References required
The Company will provide PPE gear
